Top marks Gigapan

 A few weeks back my Gigapan Epic Pro got a real pasting (see previous post ) in Iceland and ceased to function in the normal way. Now strictly speaking this was not Gigapans fault but stuff which is labelled Pro gear should stand up to a bit of hard core treatment as it comes with the territory, so just a word of warning don't get your Epic Pro wet. I am looking for a suitable rain cover will let you know if I find one.
 Distraught I was reduced to working in the old way in a big tranlight shoot at Kings Cross and frankly I wanted my Gigapan back.

So an email to customer service a quick video to show the problem and Hey Presto this morning a box arrives with spare part in and The Gigapan is once more ready for action.
